Talk to our aircraft donation team
A representative is available seven days a week on (888) 228-7320. If you would rather write, the short form below reaches an intake coordinator.
Reach us
The phone is genuinely the fastest route. Most first calls take ten minutes and settle whether a donation makes sense at all — including the cases where we tell you to sell instead.
What to have ready
None of this is required to call. It just means we can give you real answers rather than general ones.
- The N-number, and the registered owner’s name exactly as it appears.
- Year, make and model, and total time on the airframe if you know it.
- Where it sits, and whether rent is running on it.
- Whether the logbooks exist, and roughly how complete they are.
- Anything awkward — an old lien, an estate, damage history, a shop holding the aircraft.
If you are an executor or trustee, it also helps to know what authority document you hold. There is more on the inherited aircraft page.
Send us a message
For a full aircraft donation, the three-step intake form on your aircraft’s type page collects everything at once and is the better route. Use this if you have a question first.
An intake coordinator reads every submission and calls you back. We never sell or share your information.
If you need help rather than wish to give
Giving Center receives hundreds of requests for assistance every week from families and individuals. That is a separate path from aircraft intake and it runs through the main charity site — givingcenter.org has the application.
